- ➤ The Berks County sheriff’s office is seeking two fugitives—Mario Villalobos Berrios, a 34-year-old man measuring 6 ft 2 in and 200 pounds wanted for burglary and violating a protection order after breaking into a woman's apartment on March 1—and Michael Fos, a 52-year-old man measuring 6 ft and 220 pounds wanted for strangulation and DUI after assaulting a patron near a bar on Jan. 14—and urges anyone with information to call 610-478-6390.
