- ➤ Hope Rescue Mission is hosting the Patriot 5K on November 8 at Gring’s Mill Recreation Center—2083 Tulpehocken Road in Spring Township—to raise funds that support shelter, meals, job training, and stability for homeless veterans. ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ Firefighters arrived at 11:15 a.m. on Tuesday at Ritchie Logging & Sawmill, 9340 Old Route 22 in Bethel Township to battle a blaze that quickly burned the wood shavings production building to the ground—crews spent three more hours putting out hot spots and no one was hurt. Reading Eagle
