- ➤ GoggleWorks Center for the Arts celebrated its 20th anniversary with a gala that honored late founder Albert Boscov and community leaders at its Washington St. facility. - ➤ Delegates from Belgium honored World War II veterans in a new room at the Berks Military History Museum in Mohnton, where officials and veteran advocates recognized survivors Ray Parker and Frank Stellar.
