- ➤ The Berks County sheriff’s department is seeking two fugitives—Aaliem Richardson, 24, wanted for forgery, access device fraud and identity theft after altering a check from a Lancaster County mail drop box and cashing it at a Fulton Bank branch, and Delkeya Dingle, 29, wanted for forgery after giving a false name during a traffic stop—and urges anyone with information to call 610-478-6390.
