- ➤ On Tuesday, Easterseals Eastern Pennsylvania celebrated its 100th anniversary at Camp Lily on Mount Penn with campers, counselors and local officials joining a party that featured a proclamation— a time capsule burial and games. Board chair Jeffrey Heisey, who credits the camp for building his self-confidence, and Commissioner Rivera marked the milestone as the nonprofit honored its long service to individuals with disabilities. - ➤ Rhoads Energy, a Lancaster-based energy supplier, has received a state grant of $45,098 to help fund the purchase of two propane-powered Ford F-750 trucks—these vehicles are expected to be delivered in August and will be outfitted with fuel system kits and company branding before deployment.
