- ➤ The Berks County sheriff’s department is seeking two fugitives — Miguel Vicens, 37, wanted for aggravated assault, possessing instrument of a crime and terroristic threats after a July 17 incident where he punched a woman in the face at Ritter Street, and Elvin Johnson, 42, wanted for simple assault after he punched a woman in Muhlenberg Township on March 29 — and urges anyone with information to call 610-478-6390.
