- ➤ Police in Muhlenberg Township investigated a large fight on Thursday, July 17th on Kutztown Road where a group used bladed and baton-type weapons and one man got multiple stab wounds to his torso and a cut on his head—he was taken to a local hospital and police ask community members to help identify everyone involved. - ➤ On Thursday night, Muhlenberg Township police responded to a large fight on Kutztown Road — where a group clashed on the sidewalk and in the street and one man suffered multiple stab wounds — and arrested one person as they gathered witness statements. WFMZ-TV
- ➤ William A. Whetstone, 70, was found dead in his Reading home on South Third Street last Thursday evening — the Berks County Coroner's Office is looking for his next of kin. Reading Eagle
