- ➤ Wyomissing held a Memorial Day parade and Remembrance Ceremony on May 24th to honor veterans — groups like Scouts, military units, and community organizations marched through Wyomissing Hills with Marine veteran Chris Kaag as grand marshal. In District 3 Class 5A, Twin Valley won 3-2 (in nine innings) on Friday and will meet Solanco at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, while in Class 6A Wilson beat South Western 3-2 and Chambersburg will play Central Dauphin.
