  • Catherine J. Nadirov has been named the new Family Court Administrator for the 23rd Judicial District in Berks County. Her appointment (effective April 14) was made by the Supreme Court after a recommendation by Berks County President Judge M. Theresa Johnson.  Berks Weekly
