- ➤ Berks libraries held an awards ceremony recently to honor local leaders and groups for their service to area libraries. Volunteer organizers of the Berks Book Bonanza received the Dreisbach Award — other honors were given to local officials, businesses, and library staff. Reading Eagle
- ➤ Blue Mountain Wildlife Inc. is asking for public input until March 31 on its plan to improve Kernsville Dam Recreation Area. The nonprofit will discuss the proposals today at 4 p.m. at Hamburg Borough Hall and aims to add new trails, visitor amenities and restored historic features after the dam removal. Reading Eagle
- ➤ Today at Willow Run Farmstead in Maidencreek Township, Deanne Weber leads efforts to use conservation and regenerative practices while promoting women’s vital role in local agriculture. State officials say women are a growing part of Pennsylvania's farming workforce. WFMZ-TV
