- ➤ The Berks County Department of Agriculture will host a farm succession workshop on March 26 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. at the county ag building (1238 County Welfare Road, Bern Township) to help farmers plan the transition of their businesses, with experts offering legal, financial, and planning advice. - ➤ A colonial living history event honoring Pennsylvania's 345th birthday is scheduled for Sunday at the Daniel Boone Homestead in Berks.
