- ➤ PennDOT will begin road work starting Tuesday, with bridge repairs on Route 422 in Reading and brush cutting on Interstate 78 near Lebanon County. Projects run 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on assigned days + drivers should plan for delays. Reading Eagle
