- ➤ The state awarded $150,000 to help Building a Better Boyertown buy 7.4 acres for Iron Valley Trail near Boyertown on South Reading Avenue and Mill Street. The nonprofit will soon begin surveying, engineering and design work for an ADA-accessible nature preserve and trailhead. WFMZ-TV
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ BARTA will change bus routes and schedules on Monday to add afternoon trips to Birdsboro, extend service from East Penn Manufacturing to Kutztown University, and adjust the Berkshire Mall route + Sunday schedules. The updates follow public hearings and feedback gathered last year. WFMZ-TV
